Project goal

The brief is to produce a fun, relatable, but enticing billboard ad copy targeted towards voice account customer representatives, encouraging them — without directly telling — to apply to our client company TopData – a local BPO company that provides non-voice technical support.

Solution

Based on my research, customer support representatives for voice accounts usually suffer from (voice) hoarseness or sore throat. In fact, these two are some of the most common health hazards experienced by agents. These would usually make them miss work for a few days and in some rare cases, turn into long-term health risks.

I explored this angle and eventually came up with the copy, "Save your voice for more concerts in the shower."

Filipinos truly love singing, and everybody's just as guilty of having full-blown concerts in the shower. When you become a Technical Support Representative for TopData, you are absolutely free to use your voice however you want. No more worrying about having voice hoarseness or sore throat from work!

The client approved my copy and the billboard was installed along MacArthur Highway in Balibago, Angeles, Pampanga, and was up for about 6 months.
